Tropical Mango and Avocado Salad
Transport your taste buds to the tropics with this invigorating salad. Ripe, juicy mangoes lend a burst of sweetness, which perfectly contrasts with the creamy, buttery avocados. The addition of fresh cilantro and red onion adds an aromatic zest, while a simple, tangy lime dressing rounds out this vibrant dish. An ode to Central American cuisine, this salad is a refreshing appetizer or a light, nutritious meal perfect for summer days.

Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the diced mango, diced avocado, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
- Prepare the dressing in a separate bowl. Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and freshly ground black pepper until well combined.
