- 1, peeled, pitted, and diced
- Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons
- Honey
- 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Salt

- Green onions
- 2, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften but still retain some crunch.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt to create a flavorful sauce.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir well to coat the sautéed vegetables.
- Gently fold in the diced mango and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the mango is warmed through and everything is well combined.
