Ingredients

Original recipe serves Enough for 1.5-2 pounds of protein or vegetables

Salt
1 teaspoon
Honey
2 tablespoons
Lime juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Garlic
2 cloves, peeled
Chili pepper
1, deseeded and chopped
Mango
1 large, peeled and cubed

Instructions

  1. Put the cubed mango, chopped chili pepper, peeled garlic cloves, freshly squeezed lime juice, honey, and salt into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth, well-combined marinade. Ensure no large chunks remain.
  3. Your Tropical Mango and Chili Pepper Marinade is ready to use. If not using immediately, transfer the marinade to an airtight container.
  4. Store the marinade in the refrigerator. It will keep well for up to 1 week.
