Tropical Mango and Chili Pepper Marinade

Ingredients
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon
- Honey
- 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
- Garlic
- 2 cloves, peeled
- Chili pepper
- 1, deseeded and chopped
- Mango
- 1 large, peeled and cubed
Instructions
- Put the cubed mango, chopped chili pepper, peeled garlic cloves, freshly squeezed lime juice, honey, and salt into a blender or food processor.
- Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth, well-combined marinade. Ensure no large chunks remain.
- Your Tropical Mango and Chili Pepper Marinade is ready to use. If not using immediately, transfer the marinade to an airtight container.
- Store the marinade in the refrigerator. It will keep well for up to 1 week.
