Lime juice
juice of 1 lime
Honey
2 tablespoons

2-inch piece, peeled and grated
Mango
1 large, peeled and pitted
Chicken wings

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the mango, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper. Blend until you have a smooth, vibrant marinade.
  2. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Pour the mango-ginger marinade over the wings, ensuring each wing is thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. For a deeper flavor penetration, an overnight marinade is recommended.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven.
