Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the mango, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper. Blend until you have a smooth, vibrant marinade.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Pour the mango-ginger marinade over the wings, ensuring each wing is thoroughly coated.
