
Mango and Peach Salsa
This refreshing and tangy salsa is made with ripe mangoes, juicy peaches, and a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- Ground coriander (1/4 teaspoon)
- Ground cumin (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Jalapeno pepper (1, seeded and finely chopped)
- Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Ripe peaches (2, diced)
- Ripe mangoes (2, diced)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, diced peaches, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, ground cumin, and ground coriander.
- Pour the lime juice mixture over the mango and peach mixture. Toss gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled and enjoy as a dip with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.
