Mango and Peach Salsa

This refreshing and tangy salsa is made with ripe mangoes, juicy peaches, and a hint of spice.

Ingredients

  • Ground coriander (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Ground cumin (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Jalapeno pepper (1, seeded and finely chopped)
  • Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Ripe peaches (2, diced)
  • Ripe mangoes (2, diced)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, diced peaches, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, ground cumin, and ground coriander.
  3. Pour the lime juice mixture over the mango and peach mixture. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy as a dip with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.
