- 1 large, peeled and diced Mango
- 4 (6-ounce) fillets, skin-on Salmon fillets

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a blender, combine the diced mango, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to create a vibrant mango glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
