Mango Jalapeno Margarita Mocktail

Ingredients
- 4 Lime wedges
- 1 tablespoon, for rimming the glasses Salt
- As needed Ice cubes
- 1 cup Club soda
- 2 tablespoons Agave syrup
- 1/2 cup, freshly squeezed Lime juice
- 1, deseeded and chopped Jalapeno
- 1 large, peeled and diced Mango

Instructions
- In a blender, add the diced mango, chopped jalapeno, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup.
- Blend until the mixture turns smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Prepare the glasses by rubbing a lime wedge around each rim. Dip the rim into a plate of salt to create a nicely salted edge.
- Fill the glasses halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour the blended mango jalapeno mixture over the ice, filling up to three-quarters of the glass.
- Top up each glass with club soda, and stir gently to mix.
