Mango Lime Salsa

Ingredients

  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Jalapeno pepper (1, seeded and finely chopped)
  • Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Ripe mango (2, diced)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
