Ingredients
- Ripe mangoes
- 2 large, peeled and diced
- Honey
- 1/4 cup (adjust to taste)
- Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
- Water
- 1/2 cup
- Lollipop sticks

Instructions
- Begin by peeling and dicing the ripe mangoes into small chunks to make blending easier.
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, honey, lime juice, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no chunks of mango left.
- Taste the mango mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- Pour the smooth mango mixture into lollipop molds or small paper cups, leaving a bit of space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
- Insert a lollipop stick into the center of each mold or cup, making sure it's securely placed.
- Carefully place the molds or cups in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
- Once frozen, gently remove the mango lollipops from the molds or cups. If they are difficult to remove, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
- Enjoy immediately, or store in a zip-top bag in the freezer for up to a month.
