Red onion
1/2 cup, finely diced
Jalapeno pepper
1, seeded and minced (adjust to taste)
Fresh cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Lime juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Salt
1/2 teaspoon (to taste)
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, minced jalapeno, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Pour in the freshly squeezed lime juice, followed by the salt and black pepper.
