Tropical Mango Mint Sauce

Ingredients
- Ripe mangoes
- 2 large, peeled and pitted
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Honey
- 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Instructions
- Peel the ripe mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit. Chop the mango flesh into smaller pieces for easier blending.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the mango pieces, freshly squeezed lime juice, honey, and chopped mint leaves.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary to ensure all the ingredients are well combined.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or the tanginess by incorporating additional lime juice if desired.
