Espresso or strong brewed coffee
1 shot (about 1 ounce or 30 ml)
Milk
1 cup (240 ml)
Chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons
Maraschino cherry syrup
1 tablespoon
Maraschino cherries
2-3, for garnish
Whipped cream
1/4 cup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso or prepare a strong cup of coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it's hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
  3. In a large mug, combine the hot coffee with the chocolate syrup and maraschino cherry syrup. Stir well to blend the flavors.
  4. Slowly pour the hot milk into the mug, stirring continuously to ensure a smooth mixture.
