Ingredients

Cocoa powder
1 tablespoon, for dusting
Whipped cream

Sugar
2 tablespoons, or to taste
Marcona almonds
1/4 cup, crushed plus extra for garnish
Dark chocolate
50 grams, chopped
Milk
2 cups
Espresso or strong brewed coffee
1 cup

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Ensure it gets hot but not boiling.
  2. Next, add the chopped dark chocolate and crushed Marcona almonds into the saucepan. Continuously stir until the chocolate has completely melted and the almonds have blended well into the mixture.
  3. In a large, cozy mug, pour the freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee.
