- 2, sliced White onions
- 4 French rolls
- to taste Yellow mustard
- 1 cup, sliced Tomatoes
- 4 Dill pickle spears
- 8 Pickled sport peppers

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates with vegetable oil.
- Grill the Polish sausages for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and heated through.
- While the sausages are grilling, place the sliced onions on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and lightly caramelized.
- To assemble the sandwiches, slice each French roll lengthwise but not all the way through, creating a pocket.
