- Purple corn

- Water (for paste)

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the purple corn, 4 cups of water, sugar, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the corn is soft and has released its vibrant color.
- Add the diced pineapple and apple to the pot, stirring well to combine. Continue to simmer for another 15 minutes, allowing the fruits to soften and infuse their flavors.
- In a small bowl, mix the flour with 1/4 cup of water to create a smooth paste. Stir this paste into the pot to thicken the mazamorra.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mazamorra reaches a thick and creamy consistency.
