Ingredients
- Fresh parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Red onion (1/4, thinly sliced)
- Tomato (1, thinly sliced)
- Cucumber (1/2, thinly sliced)
- Kalamata olives (1/4 cup, pitted and sliced)
- Feta cheese (1/4 cup, crumbled)
- Tzatziki sauce (1/4 cup)
- Whole wheat tortillas (2)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Chicken breast (2, boneless and skinless)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
- Warm the whole wheat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them more pliable.

- Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve.
