Ingredients
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Ice cubes (handful)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Ground nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon)

- Hot water (2 tablespoons)
- Granulated sugar (2 tablespoons)
- Instant coffee (2 tablespoons)
Instructions
