- Canned corn
- 1 cup, drained
- Mayonnaise

- Chili powder

- Fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lime

Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the all-purpose flour, stirring continuously to create a roux, and cook for about 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps form. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
