- 2 cups Grilled chicken or steak, thinly sliced

- 1 Onion, thinly sliced

- 1 Tomato, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the crusty rolls in half horizontally. Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on both sides of each roll.
- Next, spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
- Now it's time to build your torta. Start with a layer of avocado, followed by tomato, lettuce, onion, jalapeno, and a sprinkle of cilantro.
