- 8, warmed Corn tortillas
- 2 cups, cooked and shredded Chicken breast
- 1, diced Onion
- 1, diced (any color) Bell pepper
- 1, diced (seeds removed for less heat) Jalapeno
- 1, diced Tomato
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 cup, for serving Sour cream
- 1, sliced Avocado
- 1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- 1, juiced Lime
- 2 tablespoons, for cooking Olive oil

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
