- Baba ganoush

Instructions
- Start by preparing the dips: For hummus, blend 1 can of drained chickpeas, 1/4 cup tahini, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 garlic clove, and salt to taste until smooth. For tzatziki, mix 1 cup Greek yogurt with 1/2 cucumber (grated and drained), 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and salt to taste.
