Ingredients
- Graham cracker crumbs

- Melted butter

- Granulated sugar

- Cream cheese
- 2 oz, softened

- Egg yolk
- 1
- Vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the mug to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice (if using). Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the mug.
