Ingredients

Ice cubes
1 cup
Water
1/2 cup
Sugar
2-3 tablespoons or to taste
Fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup, plus extra for garnish
Plain yogurt
1 cup
Pinch of salt

  1. In a blender, combine the plain yogurt, fresh mint leaves, sugar, and water.
  2. Blend the mixture until you achieve a smooth consistency. Ensure that the mint leaves and sugar are completely blended.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the mixture in the blender.
  4. Blend again until the mixture is frothy and the ice is finely crushed.
  5. Pour the Mint Lassi into glasses. If desired, garnish with a few fresh mint leaves on top for added aroma and visual appeal.
