Mlinci

- 8-10 sheets Mlinci sheets
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 2 cups Chicken or turkey stock
- 3 cups, shredded Roasted chicken or turkey

- 1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish) Fresh parsley

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the mlinci sheets on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes, or until crispy and lightly browned.

- Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded roasted chicken or turkey and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken or turkey stock, and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
- Break the crispy mlinci sheets into smaller pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the mlinci to absorb some of the stock and soften, stirring occasionally.
