Montana Meatloaf

- 1, finely chopped Onion
- 1, finely chopped Green bell pepper
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 2, beaten Eggs
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 cup (for glaze) Ketchup
- 1/4 cup (for glaze) Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons (for glaze) Yellow mustard

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, green bell pepper, minced garlic, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf shape and place it in a lightly greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, prepare the glaze by mixing together the ketchup, brown sugar, and yellow mustard until smooth.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the shaped meatloaf.
