The tangy tomato glaze adds a delightful sweetness that caramelizes beautifully as it bakes, creating a mouthwatering crust. Green bell pepper
1, finely chopped
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Eggs

Salt
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Ketchup

2 tablespoons (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, green bell pepper, minced garlic, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf shape and place it in a lightly greased baking dish.
