Almonds
1 cup, soaked overnight
Milk
2 cups, whole or almond milk
Honey
3 tablespoons, adjust to taste
Ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
Ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Ice cubes
1 cup
Sliced almonds
for garnish
Ground cinnamon
for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak the almonds in water overnight or for at least 6 hours to soften and enhance their flavor.
  2. Drain and peel the soaked almonds, then add them to a high-speed blender.
  3. Pour in the milk, honey, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, making sure all almonds are well incorporated.
