Deluxe Homemade Muesli

Ingredients
- Rolled oats
- 2 cups
- Mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), roughly chopped
- 1 cup
- Mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax)
- 1/2 cup
- Dried fruit (raisins, apricots, cranberries), roughly chopped
- 1 cup
- Honey
- 3 tablespoons
- Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, mixed seeds, and dried fruit.
- Drizzle the honey over the mixture, then sprinkle the ground cinnamon on top.
- Using a large spoon, stir the mixture until well combined. Make sure the honey and cinnamon are evenly distributed throughout the muesli.
- Transfer the muesli into an airtight container for storage. It will keep well at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
- When ready to serve, scoop 1/2 cup of the muesli into a bowl. Top with your choice of milk or yogurt, and enjoy a nutritious and satisfying breakfast.
