Ingredients

Original recipe serves 8

Rolled oats
2 cups
Mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), roughly chopped
1 cup
Mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax)
1/2 cup
Dried fruit (raisins, apricots, cranberries), roughly chopped
1 cup
Honey
3 tablespoons
Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, mixed seeds, and dried fruit.
  2. Drizzle the honey over the mixture, then sprinkle the ground cinnamon on top.
  3. Using a large spoon, stir the mixture until well combined. Make sure the honey and cinnamon are evenly distributed throughout the muesli.
  4. Transfer the muesli into an airtight container for storage. It will keep well at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
  5. When ready to serve, scoop 1/2 cup of the muesli into a bowl. Top with your choice of milk or yogurt, and enjoy a nutritious and satisfying breakfast.
