- Swiss cheese
- 4 ounces, sliced
- Provolone cheese

- Ham

- Salami
- 4 ounces, sliced
- Mortadella

- 1 cup
- Round Italian bread
- 1 (10-inch) loaf
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
- If you are making homemade olive salad, combine 1 cup of chopped mixed olives (green and black), 1/2 cup diced celery, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, and freshly cracked black pepper to taste in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Slice the round Italian bread in half horizontally to create a top and bottom half. If desired, lightly toast the insides of the bread for added texture.
- Spread a generous amount of the prepared olive salad on the bottom half of the bread, making sure to cover it evenly.
