Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.
- Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin in a single layer, cooking for about 2-3 minutes or until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
