Mediterranean Mushroom and Feta Salad

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup, loosely packed and torn Fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup, halved Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2, thinly sliced Red onion
- 1 cup, crumbled Feta cheese
- 4 cups, washed and dried Baby spinach
- 2 cups, sliced and sautéed Mixed mushrooms

Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the sautéed mixed mushrooms, baby spinach, crumbled feta cheese, thinly sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and torn fresh basil leaves.
