- 4, preferably whole grain or brioche
- Cheese slices

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, finely chopped mushrooms, onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
