Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. If baking on a baking sheet, transfer the dough to the sheet.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and have released their juices, about 5 minutes.
- Spread the sauteed mushrooms and garlic evenly over the pizza dough. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme.
