These loaded nachos are a vibrant and irresistible appetizer that brings everyone together. With layers of crunchy tortilla chips smothered in savory ground beef, creamy refried beans, and a medley of fresh toppings, they're perfect for game day, movie nights, or any casual gathering. Ingredients

Tortilla chips
1 large bag
Ground beef
1 pound
Taco seasoning
1 packet
Water
as needed for taco seasoning
Refried beans
1 cup
Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
2 cups
Tomatoes, diced
1 cup
Green onions, sliced
1/2 cup
Black olives, sliced
1/2 cup
Jalapenos, sliced
1/4 cup
Sour cream
1 cup
Guacamole
1 cup
Salsa
1 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and the amount of water specified on the packet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  5. Evenly spread the refried beans over the tortilla chips.
  6. Layer the cooked ground beef on top of the beans.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the beef, followed by diced tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and sliced jalapenos.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve the loaded nachos with sides of sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for dipping.
