- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons Peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste) Chili oil
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 2, sliced Green onions
- 2 tablespoons, toasted Sesame seeds
- 2, halved (for garnish) Boiled eggs

Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan. Stir and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and sake. Pour this mixture into the pan with the cooked pork, stirring well to combine.
- Add the chicken broth, chili oil, and peanut butter to the pan. Stir until the peanut butter is fully dissolved and the broth is well combined.
- Bring the broth to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together, stirring occasionally.
- Divide the cooked udon noodles into serving bowls. Ladle the hot broth with pork over the noodles.
