- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with turmeric, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the spinach mixture in the skillet, ensuring even coverage.
- Allow the eggs to cook undisturbed for a couple of minutes, then gently stir to combine with the spinach, cooking until the eggs are just set, about 4-5 minutes.
