Nectarine and Blueberry Daiquiri

Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves
- 4-6 leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup
- White rum
- 2 ounces
- Simple syrup
- 1 ounce
- Lime juice
- 1 ounce, freshly squeezed
- Blueberries
- 1/2 cup, fresh
- Nectarines
- 1 large, pitted and sliced
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients. Pit the nectarine and slice it into quarters.
- In a blender, add the nectarines, blueberries, freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, rum, and ice cubes.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until it is smooth and well combined. Ensure there are no chunks left.
- Pour the blended mixture into your chosen daiquiri glasses.
- Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves. For an added touch, skewer a few blueberries and a slice of nectarine on a cocktail stick and place it in the glass.
