4, pitted and diced
Fresh blueberries
1 cup, rinsed
Water
1/2 cup
Honey
2 tablespoons (or to taste)
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced nectarines, blueberries, water, honey, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend the mixture on high until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey if desired.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full to allow for expansion.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
  5. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them.
  6. Enjoy your refreshing nectarine and blueberry popsicles on a hot summer day!

Tips

  • 💡 For a creamier texture, consider adding a splash of coconut milk or yogurt to the blend.
  • 💡 You can substitute honey with agave syrup or maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 💡 Experiment by adding other fruits like strawberries or peaches for a unique flavor twist.
