Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup, for garnish
- Ice

- Club soda
- 1 cup, for topping
- Lime
- 1, thinly sliced
- Lemon
- 1, thinly sliced
- Orange liqueur
- 1/4 cup
- White wine
- 1 bottle (750ml), preferably a dry variety
- Blueberries
- 1 cup, fresh
- Nectarines
- 2, pitted and sliced
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the sliced nectarines, blueberries, lemon slices, and lime slices. Stir gently to mix the fruits.
- Pour in the white wine and orange liqueur over the fruit mixture. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and intensify.
- When ready to serve, add the club soda to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
