Servings: 6

Ingredients

Unsalted butter
1/2 cup, cold and cubed
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1 teaspoon
Brown sugar
1/3 cup, packed
Rolled oats
1 cup
All-purpose flour
2 tablespoons
Granulated sugar
1/4 cup
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Mangoes
2, peeled, pitted, and diced
Nectarines
4, pitted and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced nectarines, diced mangoes, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and all-purpose flour. Toss until the fruit is well coated and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the cold cubed butter and use your fingers to rub it into the oat mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom. Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the fruit, ensuring good coverage.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbly and the topping is golden brown and crisp.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
