Ingredients

  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)

  • Jalapeno (1, seeded and finely chopped)
  • Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Mangoes (1, diced)
  • Nectarines (2, diced)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced nectarines, mangoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
