Nectarine and Plum Salsa

This refreshing and flavorful salsa is made with ripe nectarines, plums, and a combination of herbs and spices.

Ingredients

  • Cumin (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Jalapeno (1, seeded and finely chopped)
  • Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Plums (2, diced)
  • Nectarines (2, diced)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced nectarines, plums, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
