Serves 4

Ingredients

Lime wedges
1 lime's worth, plus extra for garnishing
Salt
1 tablespoon, for rimming glasses
Ice
1 cup
Agave syrup
2 tablespoons
Fresh lime juice
1/3 cup
Triple sec
1/2 cup
Tequila
1 cup
Fresh raspberries
1 cup
Ripe nectarines
2, pitted and quartered

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your glasses. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim in salt. Set the glasses aside.
  2. In a blender, add the quartered nectarines, fresh raspberries, tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and ice.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined. If you prefer a chunkier consistency, blend for a shorter time. For a smoother drink, blend longer.
  4. Pour the margarita mixture into the prepared glasses, dividing evenly.
  5. Garnish with extra lime wedges and a few fresh raspberries on top. If you like, you can also add a small nectarine slice for an extra touch.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of summer!
