Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves
- 4-5 (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup
- Homemade simple syrup
- 1/2 cup (1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water boiled and cooled)
- Fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup
- White rum
- 1 cup
- Fresh nectarines
- 2 large, pitted and sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In a blender, combine the sliced nectarines, white rum, fresh lime juice, cooled simple syrup, and ice cubes.
- Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth and frothy consistency.
- Pour the blended mixture into your favorite cocktail glasses.
