Ingredients

Ramen noodles
2 packages
Chicken broth
6 cups
Soy sauce
4 tablespoons
Mirin
2 tablespoons
Green onions (negi)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a steady boil.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and add the soy sauce, mirin, and sliced green onions. Allow the broth to simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  4. Evenly distribute the cooked ramen noodles into two serving bowls.
  5. Carefully ladle the hot broth over the noodles in each bowl.
