Ingredients

Original recipe serves 1

Whole milk
1 cup
Dark chocolate
60 grams, finely chopped
Pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon
Strong brewed coffee
1 cup
Whipped cream
for topping
Cocoa powder
for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it's hot but not boiling.
  2. Add the finely chopped dark chocolate to the hot milk, stirring until it's completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the strong brewed coffee into a large mug.
  5. Slowly pour the chocolate milk mixture into the coffee, stirring gently to combine them together.
  6. Top your coffee with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  7. Finish off by dusting the whipped cream with a little cocoa powder.
