Ingredients

Water
4 cups
Black tea leaves
4 tablespoons
Evaporated milk
to taste
Sweetened condensed milk
to taste
Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add 4 tablespoons of black tea leaves and reduce the heat to a simmer. Let the tea steep for 3-4 minutes, adjusting the time for your preferred strength.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh strainer or tea strainer to collect the brewed tea.
  4. Pour the hot tea into cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. In each cup, add evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk to taste, adjusting for sweetness and creaminess as desired.
  6. For an added touch of warmth and spice, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon into each cup if desired.
  7. Stir well until the milk is fully incorporated into the tea.
