Ingredients
- Water
- 4 cups
- Black tea leaves
- 4 tablespoons
- Evaporated milk

- Sweetened condensed milk
- to taste
- Ground cinnamon

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.
- Add 4 tablespoons of black tea leaves and reduce the heat to a simmer. Let the tea steep for 3-4 minutes, adjusting the time for your preferred strength.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh strainer or tea strainer to collect the brewed tea.
- Pour the hot tea into cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
- In each cup, add evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk to taste, adjusting for sweetness and creaminess as desired.
