
Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- Nutella (1/2 cup)
- Chocolate chips (1 cup)
- Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
- Egg (1)
- Brown sugar (1/2 cup, packed)
- Granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
- Unsalted butter (1/2 cup, softened)
- Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
- Baking soda (1/2 teaspoon)
- All (purpose flour - 2 cups)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and flatten it in your palm.
- Place a small dollop of Nutella in the center of the flattened dough.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the Nutella, sealing it completely.
- Roll the dough into a ball, making sure the Nutella is fully enclosed.
- Place the stuffed cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
