Ingredients
- Obleas wafers
- 12 pieces
- Arequipe (dulce de leche)
- 1 cup
- Whipped cream
- 1 cup, for topping
- Chopped strawberries
- 1 cup, for topping
- Grated cheese
- 1/2 cup, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Start by preparing your fillings and toppings. If you’re using fresh strawberries, wash and chop them into small pieces.
- Take one oblea wafer and spread a generous thin layer of arequipe (dulce de leche) over one side.
- If desired, sprinkle a small amount of grated cheese or add some chopped strawberries on top of the arequipe layer.
- Place another oblea wafer on top to create a sandwich.
- Repeat the process with the remaining wafers and fillings until all are used.
