Green olives
1/2 cup, pitted and chopped
Capers
2 tablespoons, rinsed and chopped
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup
Fresh parsley
1/4 cup, finely chopped
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the chopped green olives and capers.
  2. Add the minced garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined, ensuring the olives and capers are evenly distributed throughout the sauce.
