Ingredients
- Potatoes
- 4 medium, boiled and diced

- 2 medium, boiled and diced
- Frozen peas
- 1 cup, thawed
- Pickles

- Hard-boiled eggs

- Mayonnaise
- 1 cup
- Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled and diced potatoes, diced carrots, thawed peas, diced pickles, and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
- In a separate small bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly without breaking the vegetables.
